Complete and submit the form with your guest information, stay dates, apartment preference and payment details.
We verify your registration and payment, then send your official booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. If the selected apartment is unavailable, the payment will be fully refunded.
Your complete check-in details arrive before arrival: exact apartment number and full address, building and lobby entrance details, access instructions, key card / smart lock / door code, directions, check-in and check-out reminders, and emergency contact details.
Choose between self check-in and assisted check-in. Our team will be available to support you during your arrival.

A refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. It protects both guests and property against potential damages, loss of items, or extra cleaning required beyond normal use during your stay.

Cancellation policy
- Full refund of all accommodation payments
- Security deposit refunded according to payment method
- Accommodation payment refundable
- Administrative and transaction fees may apply
- Reservation becomes non-refundable unless the apartment can be rebooked
- Any refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- No refund will be provided for no-shows without prior notice
